FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How can I make an exchange?
Exchanges are allowed within 1 week of receiving your order. Item availability is not guaranteed, kindly make sure to check if the new size you’re requesting is currently in stock online before making your request. The item must be sent back with all tags attached, in the same condition as you received it. Kindly send an email to support@oudies.com with the following details:

First & last name / Order Number / Phone Number / Item(s) being exchanged / New size requested / Exact delivery address / Reason for Exchange 
All exchanges have a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.


2. How can I make a return/refund?
Returns are allowed within 1 week of receiving your order. All tags must still be attached, item must be unworn, in the same condition as you received it. Otherwise, your return/refund will not be accepted. All returns have a 100 EGP processing & handling fee.

*Returns/refunds/exchanges take up to 7 business days to be completed once your request is approved. The only way to process your request is through email. We do not process returns/exchanges through Instagram.*


3. How can I ensure my item is authentic?
Our items are available exclusively on oudies.com or at pop-up shops that we announce publicly. That's the only way to authenticate your items. 


4. How do I know my size?
Please check the size guide before placing your order.


5. How long do orders take to be delivered?
Cairo: 2-3 business days. All other cities in Egypt: 4-6 business days.
